Only Nitto stems. The best in the world, with equal parts gorgeousness and strength. Most are quill-stems (shaped like a 7), for one-inch threaded steerers as ruled the world for a century, and still rule our bikes. The quills are long—either 190mm or 225mm—for a wide range of height adjustability, key to comfort.  Clamp diameters (for the handlebar) both 25.4mm for mountain bikey and city bars, and 26mm for traditional drop bars. In a range of forward extensions, from stubby to too long.
