Shimano rear derailleur Acera M3020

Very unassuming and cheap sleeper rear derailer by Shimano but don't let that fool you.  You can officially use it with a cassette that has a cog as big as 40t!  Like this cassette here.  None of the other cheapy Shimano rear derailleurs can officially go as low.
